Hotel Reservations and Flights
Harvard Model United Nations 25 discourages delegations from making hotel reservations and booking flights until they are accepted to the conference to avoid paying any associated cancellation fees.

Please fill out one of the above documents and follow all listed instructions to reserve your hotel rooms for Harvard Model United Nations 2025.
Attrition Fees
We ask, with the exception of local teams that are commuting from their homes to the conference, that all delegations stay at one of our two partnered hotels: the Marriot Boston Copley Place and the Sheraton Boston Hotel. This guarantees that delegations will have easy access to our conference events, which all take place at these locations.
If your delegation stays at a different location, there will be a US $75 per person charge to your delegation that must be paid before participation in our conference. Additionally, you will be asked to fill out our hotel location form in the event that we need to find you. The form can be found here.
